Box 29194 Thunder Bay, ON P7B 6P9   or... you can also bring your completed application to any CPCA sanctioned tournament and join right on the spot. Payment can be made directly to the match director or you can make your cheque payable to CPCA. You should receive your membership card & package  about 14 to 21 days after we receive your application..
